Electric internal rotor torque motors range
The internal rotor torque motors range is produced in different sizes able to develop a couple from 10 to 1000 nominal nm, up to a peak of 3000 nm . Speed capacity up to 1000 rpm.
At the moment we produce 5 mechanical dimensions, in specific with external diameter of 110-140-190-280-480 and several lengths; however we have already planned to widen the production.
The mechanical structure can be produced by customer’s request.
We can apply several encoder resolver transducers and many more. They can be piloted in sensorless for speed applications and the mechanical configurations can be executed hollow shaft or male shaft, indifferently.
It is also possible to make a liquid cooled version.
Our range of torque motor with internal rotor can be applied in several industrial sectors; among the most common, nowadays, we can mention automatic machines, conveyor belts, robotic and so forth.
Electric motors torque external rotor range
External rotor torque motors range is produced in different sizes, able to develop a couple from 10 to 150 nominal Nm l, up to a peak of 450 Nm .
Speed capacity up to 1000 rpm.
At the moment we produce 3 mechanical dimensions, in specific with external diameter of 150-210-290 and several lengths. The mechanical structure can be produced by customer’s request in order to fit as well as possible with customer’s structure. We can also apply several encoder resolver transducer and many more.
They can be piloted in sensorless for speed applications.
Our range of external rotor torque motors can be used in several industrial sectors, among the most common at present, ventilation, generators, pulley, roller and more.

At present all couples available go from 1 to 1000 nominal Nm up to a peak of 3000 Nm.
The range is wide in function of electrical and mechanical required features, however they can be used in every industrial sector in which it’s necessary to power systems marked by firmness, reliability, lack of maintenance and high efficiency.

The internal rotor torque motor is produced in different sizes able to develop a couple from 100 to 1000 nominal nm, up to a peak of 3000 nm .
Speed capacity up to 1000 rpm.
The design has been developed taking particular care to the system efficiency and to an extremely linear current curve up to maximum couple.
The external diameter if 480mm 26 poles (13 couples), windings can be make according to specific customised needs of applications. The mechanical structure can be build on customer’s request.
It is possible to make a version with liquid cooler to increase the continuous nominal couple value.
The motor can be applied in many industrial sectors, among the most common at present, injection molding machines with recirculating ball screw , automation in general, generators and all those application where it is necessary to power axes with high reliability.

It is even possible to apply an anti-rotation system that allows to convert motion from rotatory to linear
With the same concept, we can integrate recirculating ball screwon our torque and brushless motor with the possibility of obtaining a wide range with high thrust capacity.
